Here at Babyface4d Bromsgrove we are extremely proud to be the most established clinic in the area and have been for over 5 years.
We are owned and run by Jill, a medically trained midwife and sonographer who, has over 15 years of scanning experience both in the NHS and the private sector. Our company ethos is centred around offering a personal service.
From 6 weeks of pregnancy when you may wish to attend an Early reassurance scan right the way through to having a Gender scan, a Growth and Wellbeing scan or any of our 4D scan packages, this personalised friendly service will be maintained.
Babyface4d is unlike other clinics in the area as we are not a franchise. Just one of the positive differences this makes is you know exactly who will be scanning you at the time of booking your appointment. All of our scans are performed by our owner Jill so you can rest assured that you will be in qualified, well trained and expert hands.
This isn’t always the case in other clinics where they may not have a confirmed sonographer for each day of scanning and therefore you cannot look into the credibility of your sonographer before your appointment.
As well as knowing beforehand that you are going to receive the best care possible you can be sure in the knowledge that should any concerns be highlighted in the scan, then a referral for the necessary ongoing care will be made by Jill every time.
So the referral comes from a medically trained professional to another medically trained professional at your dedicated hospital. This reassurance for the quality of care has meant that we often see Mums-to-be come for reoccurring scans frequently, sometimes even weekly, because they know we are the only midwife led ultrasound clinic in the area.
We are proud that individuals choose to come back to us multiple times, and we are now even starting to see previous parents come in to see their grandchildren. We believe it speaks volumes for our level of care and personable approach.

Our clinic is our own safe space, which means we do not share a building with any other services.
This allows you to not worry about sharing a waiting room in a doctors surgery with sick patients as a vulnerable Mum-to-be. Our building has the space for us to ensure that you are able to feel well protected from any viruses or infections.
Feedback is a big part of how we operate our clinic and we are frequently overwhelmed by the kindness we receive both from the feedback cards we provide and also in emails and personal ‘Thank you’ cards.
We often hear of people who have ‘felt rushed’ or have had such negative scan experiences elsewhere. These individuals often come back for scans multiple times in different stages of pregnancy and even in multiple pregnancies. This along with our recommendation rates are such a powerful and positive motivator for all our team to continue delivering the excellent levels of care.

At Babyface4d we actively seek to give each scan a personal touch as Jill explains parts of baby, to you creating a safe space for concerns and questions. Our appointment schedule means that we never book too many scans in a short space of time.
We never offer just a 5 minute scan as we believe that the scan appointment is your time to find out about baby. The moments of seeing your baby through live imaging is precious and should not be made to feel hurried.
So that you have the best possible experience we use the most up to date equipment and software available. Which includes HD-Live imaging in all our 4D scan packages free of charge.
